And why I only gave five of them a 5/5 rating
For the year of 2022, I read 20 books! This was a huge accomplishment for me since being in grad school has killed my inspiration to read for pleasure. It’s crazy how reading endless journals, books, and articles about various theories can kill any possible interest in enjoying a book for fun.
Anyway, thanks to Tik Tok book recommendations and my desire to limit my social media consumption. I started a journey to read 20 books before the end of 2022, and I did it! So here are the books I read, my rating, and my thoughts. I hope you enjoy!

I gave this book a 2/5. I really struggled to get into the book. The book itself deals with themes of death, anxiety, and depression that felt overwhelming for me at times. The writing style and lack of chapters also made it difficult for me to follow and return to after I put the book down. I would recommend it to others. I have friends that really enjoyed the book!
